You have done an awesome job, please don't take anything I say negatively, it's only to help. All of my dogs are crated if I am not home, no toys/chews/rawhides/etc. in their crates, H20 and that's it. It's for their safety, until people have seen a dog die from electrocution, or choking they don't ...

Is she loose in the house? Do you have another dog loose in the house? Please don't ever leave a pit in the house loose with another animal, it could prevent a tragedy. Take the dog to the vet, these dogs are prone to mast cell tumors, believe me I know, my boy just went through this. The earlier it's caught the better.
