Re: Severely obese lab...

Yep, better quality food DOES last WAY longer than store brands. I invest in a bag of California Naturals ($65) for my dog because she has a tendancy to gain weight fast, and shes allergic to almost anything! She gets fed two cups a day, AM and PM, and that bag lasts her 2X longer than when she was ...

I have offered to help with funds, that is the best I can do at this moment as I do not live in USA, so helping with transport is out the question...and please don't say something like that if YOU'RE not going to help either

Re: Is he bow legged? PICS included.

I would say he might have a slight bow (not as bad as some I've seen!) Were the parents bow legged, short or "low rider" style? He might even grow out of it, you know puppies, they're so wierd in the beginning!

Can I just ask...why is he always on a chain? Just curious.

what I mean by too much is when is it too much scooting to be of concern? I'll see how much it costs to have her anal glands expressed at my groomer. I always thought impacted anal glands was followed by redness, and extreme scooting (not nearly as much as Zoey does)...hmmm Money is of no concern fo...

I am not being cheap by not taking her to the vet, but I want to know first what is too much... anyways, I noticed she does this once in a while, about every couple days sometimes weeks in between. She started this about a month ago. She only do...

I don't, as of yet. One time she let me trim her nails and I got the quick on about the third nail, she flipped out. I'm not sure if I created the fear by quicking her that one time, or if a previous owner did some bad trimming. The second time I had someone lay on her, she had to be muzzled becaus...
