She's fabulous. I'm going to cross post this a bit and see what I can find. I would take her in a heart beat if we weren't maxed out too.

Care credit won't accept me. I tried when Sadie had her surgery. Weird, right? Care credit accepts everyone - haha... not me. He seems to be acting better. I'm going to monitor him and feed him little bits throughout the day. He seemed to feel much better after that weird poop this morning and he's ...

Please tell me this isn't what I think it is...

I'm really friggin scared and nervous. I've had Dobbyn for about a month and a half now. I adopted him after I had to put Sadie to sleep to help me, and he's been wonderful.. right before Sadie had to be put to sleep (about 3-4 months prior) she had a foreign body removed formed of grass and hair. D...

are the poops still normal? Dobbyn has been pooping about 4 times a day, but i figure thats puppyness, the switch of food, and getting to know a new family/routine still. He's good on two out or 4 poops, and the other two are a little loose but nothing extreme.. they smell funky though. lmao i cant...

I'm not entirely sure... thats why I wanted to ask. My other pit's legs are normal looking and his back is generally level. Dobbyn's back end is much higher than the front.

Haha - yeah I "think" he's a shepherd/pit mix.. but I'm not 100% sure. I'll see what he grows up to be. It was just an odd realization when we really looked at his legs a few days after adopting him. lol Do shepherd normally have different length in legs? He's my special boy. Thats for sure.

Back legs are longer???

Anyone else's dog have two different length legs? Dobbyn is quite awkward as it is with his huge paws, but we have noticed that his legs are also two different lengths. His front legs are about 13.5inches and his back legs are about 17.0inches. Thats a 3.5 difference! Am I going to have to get him s...

I agree with Allie. It might be an infected gland - I would get your dog to the vet this week to make sure it doesnt absess or anything like that. Better to catch it early than let it fester.

Well, when Sadie went through all this our normal schedule was this: For the first 3 days - I walked her leashed from crate, to outside, back to crate. She had a bowl of water in her crate, comfy pillows and blankets and nothing really to do or chew on, unfortunately. After the 3 days - I got her an...
