Re: Fundraising for our little Madilyn!
Just a little update! NW Working Dogs Expo held a Raffle for Rescue last weekend, and the proceeds are going directly toward Madilyn's surgery. We were able to raise $300.00 for her surgery. A very good start, but a way to go still.

Re: OH - My Pitt Is Itt Rescue???
I did not care for the spelling either. I have since found the info I was looking for however, and the people running this small rescue are responsible and experienced with the breed.... but like all of us who do rescue, they have room to learn more as they go along. I do understand what you are say...

Re: Daisy Mae - Sacramento!
What are her adoption requirements? Could she go out of State? I have someone in mind, but their app has not been processed so I cannot recommend her yet.

OH - My Pitt Is Itt Rescue???
I am hoping someone on here is familiar with a person who has what appears to be a rather small rescue in Ohio called My Pitt is Itt. I'm needing some info. Feel free to respond here, PM me, or send me an email victoria@pnwpbr.org
Thanks so much!

Teach "Settle" to help high energy dog?
An adopter is having issues with her pup, who is now approx 10 months old - they have had him since he was around 12 weeks old. His high energy and general lack of respect for their commands is making it very difficult for this family to make it through this trying puppy stage. Now I know, you will ...

Re: your healing thoughts requested for puppy Jack
I copied this from our rescue's facebook page: Pacific Northwest Pit Bull Rescue Update: Jack, one of our program dogs contracted Parvo. Yes, the virus that is almost always deadly if not treated quickly. Jack was current on all 3 of his vaccinations, and still managed to become sick. Since then wit...

Re: your healing thoughts requested for puppy Jack
He is responding very well to his treatment. We will have to see what the next several days bring, but we cannot help but be very encouraged by his response and hopeful that he will be all better very soon!

your healing thoughts requested for puppy Jack
PNWPBR has an amazing little puppy named Jack. He came to us in the beginning of January as the most handsome little white bundle of puppy. A happy, healthy, wonderful little boy. He has grown in our foster homes, has been loved and cared for in the best way we know how. Last night, while in his soo...
