hah, my dog is the first picture but with the cat in his mouth. He is my anti cat weapon, I hate them, damn cats chocolate everywhere.
As a cat kills a bird it's just natural for dogs to kill cats:)

seems to me they don't know who the pack leader is, as it's all your dogs mis -behaving. Some of those dog behavior books will help you out like the "the dog whisperer".

Usually it's what you feed them, but any thing with bulldog blood can be gassy:)

Oh ok, in NZ mostly we have outdoor kennels for that, usually 6 foot long and 3ft wide, I've never come across a crate trained dog indoors over here.

My dog had this exact same problem, he just didn't like the cars, it took 2 years before he actually stopped doing it and now he likes to travel in the car. So your dog will probably outgrow it hopefully.
