Thanks for the suggestions guys, and the shut down process is by far the most consistent and fairest. Sadly I have been doing the 3 week, 2 month and constant regression out of him no matter how I approach the issue. Although the neutering might take some of the nerves away because of the lack of ho...

haha I don't know I am a little bit drawn to the white boy you have ;) Meatball is a great boy though. This dog though. I am thoroughly convinced it is a genetic defect. Good lord even Beau was easier to deal with than this dog and he was 180 lbs and ready to defend himself from anything. Kemper - t...

Weak Nerves and terrified of the world

It has been a really long time since I have been active on this board, and holy stickies! Anyway, to the main pain in my a** lately.... 8 mo pit male - still intact Absolutely terrified of people and dogs I have tried utilizing food drives while in very quiet environments. I have tried to utilize pr...

Sorry to derail but are you going to the HOD concreterose? Nope, I'm going to visit my dad. What's the HOD? Oh, haha, sorry. So much talk of the Heart of Dixie show lately and trying to see how many people from MI were going, just wishful thinking ;) It is one of the big AmBull shows in AL the end ...

It is a banner and a thread I have going in another forum about Puppymills, Pet Shops and Back Yard breeding VS Rescue and Reputable/Responsible breeding. I would definately appreciate photos, dates and brief descriptions. I see so many people doing the "I can't find that cute cuddly pup at the...

Looking for Info - Shelter/Rescue workers

I am working on something and I was hoping I could get (sorry this is kind of sad) photos of dogs that are getting PTS in shelters because their time is up and no one wanted them. If you have a photo of a dog/pup that is PTS is there anyway you could post the photo and a very brief description of th...

To say behavioral modification needs to be done before obedience training just doesn't make any sense. And why would you say that? The dog has a very long history of fear based aggression. A bleeding heart rescue refused to put it down because "obedience" would fix the dog, and then they adopted it...
