If I had a high strung dog or a dog inexperienced with children I would watch them closely and any sign of agressive behavior would be met with a firm reprimand Until they understood. When I was feeding EVO I added water to it to help with the digestion. I think that it is an individual thing. Every dog is different and needs a different diet than the next just like a person.
