Muzzle to stop barking?

Is there such thing as a muzzle that keeps a dog from barking? I had one of those "sprays stuff when the dog barks" bark collars, but Echo just barks through the spray, and I dont want to get one of the electric shock collars. Does anyone have any other ideas of how i could keep her from b...

The day after I posted this, the amendment went through. I talked to my senator about it (a family friend) and he said these NEVER go through, its all the new guys in the Roundhouse who think they can get stuff through. The Dangerous Dog Act was put into place to keep BSL out of NM, but I think its ...

New Mexico-- Legislation against Pitbulls and Rotties

Got this from a local Pitbull group on myspace, already talked to my representative and he opposes the ammendment!! I am headed to the state capital on Thursday to the comittee group discussion about it. The bill is an ammendment to what is called the Dangerous Dog Act. I wanted to let you know that...

My mom grew some beets, and Echo LOVES them. Are those ok for dogs. Mostly Echo just plays with them, and then if she bites into one, she looks at me like "why this taste like dirt?!?!" and then will shake the beet, and throw it and jump on it... she is hilarious but seriously, are beets ok?

Echo has "supervised" toys, like balls, her stuffed carrot (that I replace every 2 months or so), and then she always finds sticks outside... but i thinks she chews them to pieces... but they are basically free, since i dont know where she gets them ha ha.

My mom got one of those petstages for her mini dachsund when he was younger and he promptly chewed the ropes out and then chewed the blue part in half. I opted to not get one for Echodog when she was a puppy because she, like Charlie the dachsund, was already chewing things up and into pieces. Altho...

Yeah, i was thinking maybe silver leather, and she doesnt really have a permanent lead... we have like 5 leads for our 3 big dogs, and they kinda switch around depending on which one we find first. She does have a green harness that we use in the car and when we go to the park, so maybe green... eee...
