Yeah after considering the other option, I would rather try to get her the proper training. I have already tried to contact him about it.

From what you've descirbed, it really almost sounds like overzealous puppy behavior from a dog who hasn't be taught manners. Are you aware that people with epilepsy often have service dogs? It is possible that is the problem. I spend a lot of my time taking care of my daughter. My bf is awful at he...

Like I said, anytime any place, and I can help her with her aggression issue... but if I were you, I wouldn't be trying to keep her since she has biten you, she will most likely in turn bite your 3 year old, she obviously has not gotten proper training. I know you said in your message to me, that y...

a dog that bites is not a family dog! Nor a dog you should be rehoming. I am very sorry that your sick, and dont doubt you love your dog, and want whats best for her, but if she is that dominant to humans, and has actually bitten you like you said, then the best thing you can do for her and this br...

Not only that but this same woman has seen Cookie show aggression. So she is intimidated by her. so you have a dog that is showing what kind of aggression? if its human aggression, she should not be rehomed. if its dog aggression, that is normal. how old is this dog? is the woman sure she saw the d...

You people are rather harsh. None the less. She has had one accident the past 3 weeks. So housetraining is not the problem. The last dog I had for 5 years. I still talk to my ex. It wasn't like I gave him to a stranger. He stayed in a house that he was brought up in. I seriously have epilepsy. On No...

She is housebroken. And just for the record I was in the hospital over half of last month and diagnosed with epilepsy. I can't even take care of myself as it stands right now. So I am being forced to move in with a friend.

I don't know what to do with Cookie

I love my beautiful girl. I know she will be a great companion one day. Unfortunately I am moving and can't bring her with me.
I have asked friends if they could take her but no luck. I just don't know where to turn and I am running out of time. Does anyone have any answers or suggestions?

Sorry I have had an accident and I lost most of my memory. I don't recall posting this topic before. (I've been having seizures and been in the hospitol for the past week.) Besides that..... I am always outside with her on the leash. I give her treats and praise her. I've had several pit bulls and n...

GRRR Cookie Is DRIVING ME

Okay Cookie is 6 mos old now. She will not stop peeing in the house. I'm just so frustrated. I personally do not like females. But my fiance insisted that we get one. Now I regret getting her. I'm thinking of selling her. She is up to date on all shots and I have insurance from petsmart. If anyone i...

I think prong collars are a heaven send. I trained a few of my dogs on them. They respond so quickly that I feel like it's less stress on them. They get the point faster. Plus it doesn't actually cut off all their breathing like a regular choker does.

Cookie had the hives this past two weeks. Well actually it started very mildly about 2 mos ago. I brought her to the vet and he said it was ant bites. It got worse so I brought her to the vet and he said bacterial. Then it got even worse. So I brought her back and he said it was ringworm. I knew it ...

Cookie just got the hives. Her doctor has been telling me it was ringworm. But I knew it wasn't. I'm hoping it's just rawhide that she is allergic to.
