*TRANSPORT AVAILABLE* I've been fostering this guy for several months now, and I can't believe he hasn't gotten a single adoption application!! He is the perfect puppy - no issues: great with other dogs and cats, great with people, house trained, crate trained, extra adorable... someone adopt my fos...

Gorgeous light brindle/white male - transport available

This guy was in my backyard. Finances are really tight right now - I scraped the funds together for his vet care but can't afford to board him long. Can anyone foster/adopt? Tranpsort can be arranged! Gorgeous young male lab/bully mix desperately seeks forever or foster home. This sweet boy's tail i...

Re: Stunning Blue Fawn Girl Desperately Needs Home Can Trans

No updates - I had a couple of people locally who sounded interested in fostering, but they fell through :(

Rambler72 has been so wonderful with keeping my spirits up - thank you! And, yes, she is 51lbs.

Any other advice/crossposting/etc is much appreciated

Almost forgot - she's spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, etc. - completely ready to go! No health issues :)

Stunning Blue Fawn Girl Desperately Needs Home Can Transport

http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1317/5103437482_c82861ed5e.jpg Hi all, My foster dog, Penelope, desperately needs a forever home. I thought I was agreeing to foster for a couple of weeks; that was a year and a half ago. She really can't stay in my house any longer - I have three cats, and she is cat...

Re: Desperate Help Needed for Duchess in MS/TN/AL/etc

Thank you so much for the suggestions, everyone! I will definitely be contacting all of the organizations listed. And, Ilovethepits, I have indeed heard of Hearts of Gold Pit Rescue - I adopted my dog, Veruca Salt, from them a year and a half ago :D Hearts of Gold is wonderful - Duchess was listed o...

Re: Desperate Help Needed for Duchess in MS/TN/AL/etc

Oh no...why is she back? Could the foster not hang on to her? We knew it wouldn't be a long-term foster, as the young man was in the military and might have to leave at any time (which he did). He had nothing but good things to say about Duchess, though. This sweet girl has had such a sad life, due...

Re: Desperate Help Needed for Duchess in MS/TN/AL/etc

Another bump for sweet Dutchess! Dutchess found a foster home for a few months, but now she's back at our boarding facility. Her foster dad said she was excellent in the house - no behavioral issues. She has also completed extensive obedience training and heels beautifully on the leash. Dutche...

Hi from MS!

Hi everyone, This is my first time posting in the forum, but as a soon-to-be pit mom I've been browsing for weeks - this site is incredibly informative and helpful in preparing for my first pittie. I first fell in love with pits when I was in middle school volunteering at the local humane...
