Re: Out-turned feet/East-west feet?

No deal breaker for us, we have fallen in love with him :inlove: Having him weightpull, etc would just be recreational anyhow. Thanks for all the comments. We'll just be watching for signs of fatigue when we start some activities with him. He's supposed to be a frisbee dog too from his description, ...

Re: Out-turned feet/East-west feet?

There are lots of easty westy dogs out there. I'd find a straight on picture of him standing, and a side shot helpful. Some dogs that turn out are also very down in the pastern. That can be tough on them. What kind of work are you thinking of doing w/him. BTW, he's adorable. Thanks for the complime...

Out-turned feet/East-west feet?

Used the search tab and looked around, but I was unsuccessful in finding a thread about this, sorry if it's a repeat. We're looking at adopting a cute 3 y.o. fella named Weasel. He needs to lose some weight, but we are curious about his out-turned feet (as I've discovered on the web are sometimes ca...

Re: Eating too fast/Not chewing enough now on raw diet

I must just be a worrier because I'm so hesitant to give her unmeasured portions. She's had a whole quarter before and I have a hard time believing she'd walk away when she's full haha. Thanks for the reply!

Eating too fast/Not chewing enough now on raw diet

Hey all So our girl has been on raw diet for some time now and we have been loving it. Zuki no longer has problems with diarrhea or UTIs. Her primary source is chicken. Just recently though Zuki has started to eat her food too fast/swallowing large portions. One of us is always there to watch her wh...

Re: What do i do when my dog is choking?

Our girl was eating her raw too fast today and started to choke. (There is always someone supervising her) My husband was able to help her and she seems all right now. Seems to be some coughing and irritation and I was wondering if anyone knew what might be safe and soothing for her irritated throat...

:frown:We are definitely praying hard for you - try not to beat yourself up too much. Things happen and people have no business giving you a hard time when you're probably already giving yourself a hard time. If it's any help you could try a bit of unflavored pedalyte if your pup will still drink so...

I work in a pet store so I feel your pain! You could try and put up a sign asking people to help with your pups training. Write something like: "Please help teach my puppy some manners. Only give her attention if she is sitting calmly!" You can also put a jar of cookies for people to rewa...

roflmao this is a familiar sight! When we first got Zuki we would cover her to calm her and teach her that even if she hears us and we are up, that she should be calm or sleeping in her crate. After about a month she started pulling her blankets in and tearing at them. We started leaving her uncover...

Domino and Diesel are pretty indifferent, but Jahk LOVES to pose! Once he sees the camera he will strike a pose and hold it until the camera flashes. It's pretty handy for some adorable pictures. This is my favorite picture of him by far. http://i42.tinypic.com/2q2pf06.jpg hahahahaha roflmao Love i...
