No offense but 30 is WAY too much you could buy a new one with shipping for about 15 at the most!

Re: Buddy Girl needs some good thoughts.

Ever tried the stuff in mouth, hold muzzle gently shut, lift the head back and stroke her throat? I do it with Beau every night when I give him his garlic pill and I've been doing it for years with no problems. I don't see the need to have to hide pills when you can just get it over with quickly wit...

Don't bother with them....Beau got one for Christmas and it was gutted and ripped apart in about 2 minutes flat. And he's a 10 year old Beagle....

Have they been checked for Lepto? I know there was a recent outbreak in Michigan,I know it's not near you, but you are near Canada and Michigan is near Canada so it could never hurt to ask! http://vetmedicine.about.com/od/diseasesandconditions/a/CW-Leptospirosis.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href)...

Re: good, durable collars?

Don't get Nizmo's collars....they are soft and look nice, but they just don't hold up. I just didn't like what I saw, the person who had the collar was at a ADBA show and showed me how the collar was already coming undone and the color nylon was coming off....so much for them being good for dogs ro...

Re: good, durable collars?

Another vote for Stillwater!! Never had an issue with his collars and they last forever, I have an O'brien collar as well and it's a sturdy well made collar that I use to walk my Lab mix. Don't get Nizmo's collars....they are soft and look nice, but they just don't hold up.

Re: Transitioning from an inside to outside dog

While, I do have outside dogs...I can't really tell you how to do. Beau was an inside/outside dog from the moment I got him. He's right now a full time outside dog with no issues. He lives on a 75 foot zipline, well right now he lives in a kennel due to a pack of wild dogs that are roaming the count...

Update on Beau's eating!!!

The cranky old bastard is eating again and is just fine!!! I had to change up his food a bit and it was just him simply being sick of the kibble. I now mix in a 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of Dog Chow, 1/2 of CDLS and a spoonful of wet dog food mix it up and he's eating again and actually woofing it d...

He actually started eating again like nothing happened, so I have no idea what is up with him. And no he hasn't seen a vet, I'm lacking money to do that right now....
