Is this weird or is it me???

Hi Everyone! Haven't posted in a long time, really haven't needed to but I have been keeping up on all the pup activities you all share. LOVE them. Here's my issue: Rox has recently started getting irritated in the car when I drive - not when my fiance drives though. If she's in the car with both of...

Re: Embarrassed to ask, but...

Thx for all the suggestions!!

Rox hasn't been crated in a really long time so i'm kinda afraid to do that. But I like the idea of my guy bringing her very special treats.

Anything else I can do?

Embarrassed to ask, but...

Well folks I have a new and WONDERFUL man in my life. He stayed over for the first time last weekend and Roxie was NOT happy at all! She is used to sleeping with me and I get that. BUT, when it was time for us to make "whoopie" she had a fit!!!! Whining and growling and pacing. It was awfu...

Re: Dog Acne

Sounds totally unrelated to me since the other 2 don't have it. Time to see the vet?

Re: "OFF!" means one thing

So our word for getting off things is "off" simple right? Flower understands it, but opts to get it, especially when it comes to counters. Just paws up not actually "on" the counter. So explain to me how she cannot expel herself from the counter but when she mounts Capone and st...

Re: She tells time, but not MY time

yes! persistence is apparently my friend. Still feeding late, and they are adapting. Tonight I actually had to wake them up to eat (it's been a big day). My husband was at an away car race this weekend so I had the dogs the last 3 mornings. This morning I was awoken by the normal sand paper tongue ...

Re: Bug Eating?

So I guess I'm worrying about NOTHING! LOL. Guess I'm an over-protective doggie mom. Thanks everyone for putting my mind at ease.

Oh and stink bugs are NASTY. And don't step on one, especially if its in your house, cuz they stink to high heaven!!!

Bug Eating?

Rox has suddenly becoming very interested in eating bugs. All kinds of bugs. Stink bugs, spiders, crickets... you name it. SHe hunts them and eats them.

Is this bad for her? If it is how do I stop her from doing it? She is so stinkin' cute but she drives me nuts sometimes!! LOL

Help!

Re: She tells time, but not MY time

WOW! aside from other issues, (see health) I have some good news. With all the excitement around here, little success is great success! I did give 2 mornings of early rousing thought to adopting Amie's suggestion immediately but I stuck it out. After all, I've got months of this behind me, so what ...

They're actually for opening olive and pickle jars, but they can be adapted to other uses, too, with training.

LOL I want one to cut the grass and take out the trash!

Re: She tells time, but not MY time

I'm not sure Roxie would last the night if I didn't get her to pee at 10pm. It really is just a quick hop outside, giving her the "go potty" command and making sure she does it. Took her a whle, but now it's routine and no more waking me up at some unGodly hour! Is a late night walk really...

Re: Capone needs fixing, We Need HELP (long)

I'm not sure I understand the downside to not getting a taller fence. Is it the money your worried about? A nicer taller fence is a home improvement and will probably increase your resale value if/when you ever want to move. It seems like a no-brainer to me. I don't mean to sound insensitive or any...

Re: Capone needs fixing, We Need HELP (long)

You all definitly need a higher fence. Alot higher. I know its expensive, but it is worth the peace of mind for you and your neighbors. Just suck it up and spend the money. And I would do it NOW. Like yesterday, PBL. This situation just isnt safe.
