Re: Innova going commercial

I would think they would have issues getting chain supermarkets to sell it, because the average person who buys their food at the supermarket I don't think would want to pay what Innova costs :dunno: Maybe they just meant petco etc... It is actually all pet chain stores and NOT supermarkets which I...

Re: Innova going commercial

The two main concerns our store is having is the quality of the ingredients. The recipe could stay the same but the source of the ingredients could change drastically to produce a lot more at the same price. And secondly loosing business on one stop shopping. We're gonna see where the months takes i...

Innova going commercial

Mods if this is already been a topic please move or delete. I looked and didnt find any on this yet. Natura (who I'm assuming everyone knows was bought by Proctor and Gamble almost a year ago) sent a letter to my store to let us know they are going to start making Innova available at large chain mar...

Re: What do you feed your dog?

I feed both my dogs ACANA grasslands which is the lamb version. It is the first food that hasn't given Chance the runs ever. We've been on it over a year now and he's never been happier with a food. Eats it as soon as he's released and without any canned food or oils on it! I supplement with canned ...

Agreed. Your parents need to support you. :huh?: Unless you are 18? There is no reason you should be living off of ramen if you are under their care after supporting your own dog with your own job.

Re: Taking dog out for ice cream?

My dogs favorite treat is ice cream. My better half works at an ice cream parlor so our walk use to consist of a spoon full of ice cream in the morning. (then I moved far away from his work and the dogs are bummed on morning walks now)

Re: bones..

Chicken feet are awesome to feed, I wanted to add, that feeding a goat head, cow head, deer head, lol, is also a great chew toy, and it does last. The nice thing is, you can just pop back in the freezer, and save it for another day. A good jaw work out, and a good brain work out, kill two birds wit...

Re: bones..

Raw meaty bones here as well. I generally only feed edible bones though, not giant, weight bearing bones (worried about fractured teeth). Pork neck and beef neck bones are good :) I recently started in with raw bones. Obi (mini dach) loves chicken feet, while Chance just carries it around then leav...

Re: Procter & Gamble purchases Natura (EVO)

saw this on Dogster/Catster. Hershey has been doing well on EVO canned so, until they change the ingredients, going to stick with it. and hope for the best. Something to keep in mind is where they source from. The ingredients and formula might stay the same but the quality of the ingredients may de...

Re: Why do dogs eat grass?

My Cookie has been eating grass so much that sometimes her stool is full of it, seemingly undigested? Chances stool is full of it to. He loves it, as soon as the field I take him to was filled with tall grass, the zoomies he use to get when being released turned into one swift jump into the tallest...

Re: Procter & Gamble purchases Natura (EVO)

I called them last week when I heard of this. I've fed EVO & Innova for years, EVO since it first came out, and I'm really upset over this. The girl read me the exact same stuff they emailed. The thing that really pisses me off if that just in 2008 I sat in person with two head honchos from Nat...

Re: Killing Our pets with every meal.....

Yeah I saw that one! :yucky: Did you see the mass amount of maggots crawling all over that cow carcass they were inflati...
