Re: Wentzville MO- Reworking Pit Bull ordinance

Just saw this and thanks for posting it jtalt7. We just took Lucy to the vet yesterday and were told the ban/restrictions on APBT were lifted. My vet is Dr. Lucas who was in the articles. I wasn't there my wife went. So I hope this is true. I haven't read all the links yet (I have to leave now but I...

Eyes changing color, is this normal?

When lucy was a baby her eyes were amber around the edges with green pupils. Now they are still amber aournd the edge but the pupils are dark brown now. She use to have the coolest eyes, she reminded me of a cat for some reason. She still has beautiful eye's it's just weird they changed. Is this nor...

Re: Feeding Adult kibble to a puppy - any problems?

What adult food are you feeding? That would help us a lot in knowing if it was a good choice or not. That is what I was going to say. Not all dog food is created equal, heck some shouldn't have been created in the first place. That being said I did accidentally buy a smaller bag of adult food for L...

Cow hooves for dogs

My Lucy loves loves the cow hooves from Petsmart. While hanging on this forum I have been reading about the raw feeding though I am a bit scared to start since I don't know enough and am afraid I might hurt my dog rather than help her. But in reading this I hear that weight supporting bones are not ...

Re: collar colours for a ginger dog

I'm down with pink and black, there is some blue and purples in there too though hard to see on the PC. This collar is great for my "ginger" dog. At least I think so.
YMMV

Though I am liking the yellow and the blue and the....... hell these dogs look good in any color.

Keeping an eye on this as I have kicked around the idea of raw food and this would be so simple.

Sorry I am an idiot. I have looked 4 - 5 times and found nothing. Right after posting this I found it in General, like 2 minutes later. :po: lol

Looking vor a training vid posted recently with a JRT

I'm sorry this probably isn't the place to put this but not sure where so....... Someone posted up a vid of, I believe it was a JRT. This dog was super trained to do things like close doors, put trash away, pull covers over itself, get shoes etc. I was telling someone about this and I can't seem to ...

Re: ChAnges in feeding habits

Just thought I would update. For a week or more she has been back to eating like it was her last meal again. I have no idea what happened but her appetite is sure back with no change in food or feeding schedule.

I guess it fixed itself whatever it was.

Re: When to stop feeding puppy food

Thanks for the info.

I will be feeding getting some more puppy food for Lucy. She is definitely not fat. She has (to me) the perfect body right now, she's not body builder big but firm and lean. Though she is in that "still a puppy" awkward lanky stage. roflmao

When to stop feeding puppy food

I haven't talked to my vet yet that is what I have you guy's for. LOL

Kiwi would you consider APBT's a large breed? I kind of thought it was around a year.

Thanks
