She finally emailed me back. It's still due to ship, which is fine. I wasn't in a rush for the harness - I just wanted her to respond, which she finally did.
No problems now.

BDD Harnesses?
Anyone know of something going on with them?
I ordered a harness a month ago and get get a response back regarding the status. Seems they took my money and ran.
Thought they were considered a reputable dealer around these parts.

Re: Update on Peanut and car trips
I need to try this with Daisy. I can't take her anywhere without constant drooling and then the vomit.
I've tried a lot of stuff to help, though admittedly not as much as you. Nothing has worked.
Maybe I just need to turn up the country music when she's with me.

I just tied a little rope toy to a Whip Lunge for Daisy. Works great.

Wow, what a gorgeous dog. I hope he finds a great home. Wish it could be with me.

Re: Made a flirt pole last night
The flirt pole I made is by FAR Daisy's favorite toy. Even more than the carpet mill I made her.
We haven't worked much on the "out" but it's in the near future. She's already doing so great with all her other training I don't want to overload her just yet.

Just didn't want anyone's dog to be embarrassed if talking to someone in the military.

Re: March Trick of the Month: Army crawl
The actual name for it is a low crawl, not Army crawl, as it's not limited to the Army.

Re: Tips for socializing/training puppies
Looking for some advice...maybe I'm being overly paranoid. Daisy is right at 4 months now. We're starting organized classes next week. She's always been super nice and good with strangers - I take her for 3-4 walks per day, and it's a small neighborhood, so we see lots of people and dogs to stop and...

Re: puppy fear questions
My pup did the same thing. I began socializing her and getting her used to lots of situations very early, and then one day -- I think around 10wks or so -- we were going on our normal walks and she was all-of-a-sudden scared of everything that moved or made noise. She typically walks great on a leas...

Re: Tips for training my pup to do things on the 1st command
Great advice. Thanks! I suspected that I shouldn't say it more than once, and now that everyone confirms it, it seems even more obvious. Duh. I do realize she's just a pup and I don't expect too much from her. It's just that 90% of the time she sits on command with no problem and 10% of the time she...

Tips for training my pup to do things on the 1st command
I have my 3 month old Staffy mix, Daisy, and I've taught her some basics. Sit, Stay, Down (sometimes), Potty, and Walk. She stands by the back door and lets out a little whimper if I don't immediately notice her when she wants to go out, so I really don't need to use the "Potty" command ev...

Yeah I definitely didn't expect her ears to do that, especially having never owned a breed like this. She looks part rabbit.

Hi from Texas -- meet Daisy
I live in East Texas, just got a new Staffy mix puppy several weeks ago and have been doing a lot of reading on the breed. In doing so, I stumbled on this site -- seems to be a great wealth of info here. I'm 29 years old and live in East Texas - Tyler, specifically. I owned family dogs most of my li...
