the hooves smell like manure. I have a pet store...I would never sell them b/c i wouldn't want to deal with customers complaining about the nasty smell.

Depending on the size of your dog...you may have to give him/her more than one Benadryl... Benadryl provided from Xzar's vet is 50mg and he's told to take 1.5 pills... my dog weighs over 75lbs. When I give him regular Benadryl for his hives I give him a whole pill. Usually takes a day or so to clear...

I thought that as long as the pups were born with the ban - anyone in Ontario can still adopt a legal pit bull...As long as they currently don't own another pit bull....

Yeast/Ear infection. Your vet will give you ointment.

Sometimes these infections are caused by food allergies.

Xzar is covered by "Veterinary Insurance" I pay $35/month.

When he gets sick we pay for everything up front, but we get reimbursed for everything but the vet visit. There's no maximum coverage. I think it's better than the other plans out there.

I don't think it was his anals expressing...it smelled pungent, but different from when he's expressed his anals. He's accidentally expressed his anals when he was scared he was gonna get in trouble by his dad.... This time it smelled pungent, but different...brown liquid. Not a fishy odor - but gro...

I don't agree with shaving labs. I do have to shave a labXsharpei every so often with a 7f.

But still....shaving doesn't reduce the shedding.

ANY GOOD GROOMER SHOULD KNOW THAT!

Canidae made Xzar chocolate too much.

He's now on Wellness Lamb.

Skinnier in the winter - due to lack of exercise....more muscle in the warmer months b/c he gets walked/run more.

75lbs now.
