now if that wasent enough she got atacked by a big dog when we came outside for potty...it was probably around 100lbs, either a husky mix or a wolf-dog...who the hell ties a 100lbs vicious dog with a chihuahua leash...seriously it was so small and cheap it broke like nothing, xena saw him she barked...

I understand to be carefull that it could still be a tear even if after a couple weeks shes acting fine, but now shes been on low ativity and anti-inflamatory for 3 days and shes walking absolutely normal and the swelling is gone, yesterday I brang her outside for potty and she ran like a rocket al...

vet said 2 - 3 weeks of zero activity, then start with 10 minutes walks for a week, then next week 15 minutes, then 20 etc...so yeah about 6-8 weeks before letting her play with the other dogs and stuff like that, for now I just give her small walks like 5 minutes and really slowly I just let her sn...

ok so GOOD NEWS!!! no tear was shown on the radios its jsut swollen, the vet said its like a twisted ankle but for the knee!!! so no operation and no brace needed, she only needs a couple weeks of rest with anti-inflamatory and then back to exercising slowly, the vet said shes young shes strong and ...

thats actually what I was thinking of doing, it looks safer...and since my dog only as partial tear I think it would be much better it would help her heal and be back to normal without risky surgery...shes at the vet right now for her radios so i'm gonna talk about this with the vet when they call m...

hey guys its been a while since ive logged in, I'm in a chocolate situation right now...Xena as a partial ligament tear in her left knee and i dont know what to do...the surgery is pricey as hell! does anyone know of any other ways to fix that? I see so many reviews on internet about people who did ...

so yeah, the receptionist at my vet said, to put bovril (beeth broth) in Xena's kibble to make her eat it...so I tryed it, oh boy, dont make that mistake! I never saw so much s**** in my life...not a nice thing to see when you wake up in the morning, so yeah everyone, no bovril for your dogs!!!!

hey I was just thinking about this, you know what would work 1 million times better then any kind of BSL, everydog would need to be registered and have a CGC certificate, whatever the breed, why dont the people that decide that kind of stuff think about it...just wondering if you guys think like I d...

so it says there is alot of pitbulls around there, but then there as only been 1 attack, what the hell is theyre problem? And she probably looked for trouble, I know this neighbourhood, junkys, punks, crack dealers etc etc...she was probably fizzle herself and did something to him, or the dog was ow...

and by the way, when she did the ''attitude test'' she said our dog was simply a perfect dog with one of the best attitude a dog can have :thumbsup:

so I got a drog trainer to come to my place yesterday, and it went great, she gave us such small little tricks to walk the pup and to make her come(like using a baby voice and it works wonders!) and she teahced us the corect way to make her stay and how to make her go down, it was such little things...

if your dog knows a little bit the heel command, you can use it for recall, my dog never comes if I tell her ''come here'' but if I say heel she will most of the time come to me, so yeah if he's been leash trained with the heel command or whateer command you use to make him stay next to you you can ...
