If you're going to crate him, start feeding him in his crate and giving him special treats in there. Teach him to go in the crate for a cookie. Start putting him in there for a few minutes at a time and then letting him back out again. (No fuss when he comes back out. You don't want to make coming ...

You sure he is a mastiff/pit mix? Nice fellow. Well he was a rescue dog but my husband saw his parents. His dad had a little mastiff and his mom was a pittie. I have no idea..whatever he is he is very very sweet I can try the gates but I think he would jump over them in a second. He can jump so high

I basically just put him in there and put his bed in it and leave. He is the most laid back relaxed dog but I am not sure what happened today. Ugh.That explain what happened.If your dog has never been crated then you can't shove him into one and just leave.There are some dogs who do fine but I thin...
