Help with speech

I decided to do a speech over the problem with dog overpopulation. The speech is 5 min so I just wanted to know which sites has the best statistics concerning the problem?

He's doing it a lot better now. I still have to use my hands every now and then to help him but it's still a huge jump from the first time I tried to teach him.

My dog has some of these symptoms but I havent seen any ticks on him nor do I live in one of the regions on the map that have cases of Lyme Disease.
