Grand Carpet Mill Deluxe - Calgary, AB

Bought second hand last year (was 1 year old with a new belt), used minimally - and I mean minimally (maybe 40 minutes total run time, MAX) - since then. Is too big for Bogart who is 40lbs. Would be best for 45-85lb range.

Comes with CDPits Harness

PM for details!

Re: Advice Please!!

I haven't read all the responses so forgive me if it's already been said - this is your boss, which puts you in a bit of a predicament. IMO, you have a couple of options 1 - you can tell him you don't support it, etc. BUT you risk stepping on his toes / offending him. 2 - (what I would do) if your c...

I guess I'll get the sitting before petting part down first before introducing the friend command. When she's super excited she magically can't hear me anymore. I'm sure that's nothing new to all of you lol Yes - start with putting her in a sit / wait and have the person walk up, NOT looking at her...

Sarah I'm so sorry!! I will think of you guys today and send all my positive vibes / karma / energy / prayers / whatever you want to call it.
Hopefully it's nothing too serious. Try not to worry too much (I know...easy to say, not to do).

Aint that the truth. Here is a new lesson for you. Boundaries! I tell people not to interfere if I am in the middle of trying to train. I don't ask, I tell! With a smile of course... :) And if that doesn't work - tell thme your dog has a contagious skin disease and they need to step away  r...

Thanks once again for the replies. I'm feeling encouraged now. Good!! It's easy to get frustrated (trust me...look up some of my posts. I have been in tears on more than one occasion from dog training crap) but you are on the right track - and by putting all this energy into Maili, you're on a much...

Re: No progress AT ALL

I have an almost 16 week old who acts NUTS when she see's people. I've been trying to get her to sit before she gets pet or when someone walks by but she'll do it for a split second and get up while she's being pet. I want her to STAY seated while she's being pet but often strangers don't LISTEN to...

If it's little and not (you think) the result of her not being able to hold it then again I would say it's from stress and from having two "residences". However, small pee might be from a UTI as well. Vet first, as WackyJacki said, to be sure, then close off the area and do what was mentio...

Well, a quick update to this: We spent an hour one-on-one with our trainer at the center during peak hours (TONS of dogs coming in and out) - as expected, Bogart was a star, doing a down stay and sit stay and offering "watch me"s and showing no stress even when the other dogs were psycho. ...

Other people will know more about this, but personally if it's only happening at your house and not your ex's, and you are diligent about taking her for a pee before you go out so you *know* she is on an empty bladder, I would say yes, it is likely stress related due to the rotation. It could be too...

For your window, you can buy opaque window film that lets light in, but that doesn't allow the dog to see out. This works much better than curtains or blinds. That, plus a fan to mute some of the noise, should help a lot. Augh...I am in a condo; if it alters the exterior appearance of the house the...
