she just started doing this within the last few weeks, but worse now. The bedding was soaked the other day and today I opted to go without the bedding for a little to see if she would not pee since there is nothing beneath her. But that didn't work. Her crate was filled with pee, which means she pee...

Olive keeps peeing in her crate

Any advice on this? Olive keeps peeing in her crate. She doesn't drink that much water at all. Even if shes only in it for a couple hours, she wont hold it. The crate is a perfect size for her, couldn't possibly go smaller. We keep her out at night and she sleeps through the night without peeing in ...

Yeah sucks. I dropped him off this morning and pick him up at 4.30 . Hopefully his ear heals per normal, but i'm not betting on it. The vet suggested I do allergy testing soon after as well, so we can nip his ear infections in the bud. Unfortunately thats an expensive process. Not only do you have t...

Rods having surgery tomorrow

His hematoma keeps coming back, so he has to have it surgically repaired. SUCKS! Poor guy. Bad timing with the cash flow too.

Love love love my paco collar, well not mine Rod's. Now I need to get Olive in the know. I'll have to post some pictures with him sporting it.

Unfortunately he only wears it on special occasions as he is an el-natural boy at home.

I would get him checked out, especially if this is a recent development. Polyuria (excess urination) and polydipsia (excess drinking) are symptoms of a few different endocrine disorders, and can also indicate problems with the kidneys. Until you figure out what's going on, DON'T restrict his access...

Drinking and Peeing

Well Rod drinks tons. And he pees for like 2 minutes! sometimes he fills himself up so much he cant hold it. That is rare but last night he decided to let go in the kitchen. And even after that he still had a lengthy pee outside. On the other hand Olive worries me with how little she drinks. She sti...

I just started using Selsem Blue for Olive. For Rod, I just wash him as little as possible.. his skin has bad reactions to water, regardless of the soap/non soap I use. Selsem has really helped Olive with her rashy skin issues. And the powder scent lasts for quite a while.
