We had bad gas problems to. The cure, for us, was to keep feeding for two months straight. The gas continually decreased, and is all but gone now. lol, yes I know I inserted a funny there. roflmao :peace: Some people add some pain yogurt, but we could not seem to offer it it up on a continuous basis...

Better off feeding your dog a can of corn with 1/20th of a hot dog thrown on top. At least you would be doubling the meat percentage .

50+ miles a day should not be a problem for a game dog.. :peace: I have put more than that on mine in a day. Gator has pulled Ashley on roller blades, at a full run for 10+ miles, with no help from Ashley. This is based on the fact that the dog is sound.

We backpack our dogs. 1 year old, you can have them wear the back pack, empty. 18 months, light weight, no more than 10% of the dogs weight. 2 years, you can load them up, but do not exceed 20-25% of their body weight, unless its for a very short period of time. Pulling a sled, is also a great condi...

Which "corn"are we referring to? There are thousands of different varieties. What grade of corn? and by what party grading standards? Answer those questions, and you will see a dramatic difference in "how bad is corn for dogs?" Shelled out, empty hulls, of twice processed grain k...

I will say it again, lol, just because the % is high, or lower, than another food, it does not equate into more, or less levels.... I don't know why this concept is so hard for you people to grasp. Ol roy may have 1% calcium and brand X may have 3%, which ones has more calcium in grams per serving?...

Don't forget, its not the percent of protein, or even calcium, its to total intake in grams. You need to calc that when comparing food. It is impossible to compare, unless you take the time to calc the total intake, in weight, for a given food, per serving, just like we do in human diets.

1st off there is no such thing as a high grade "puppy" formula. It certainly could happen though. Just because the ingredients may be higher quality, or better suited for a canine, in does not mean that they will thrive on any one certain food. My Gator vomits several times a day ...

Biggest difference, get ready for this.... most adult formulas just make AAFCO minimums for adult dogs, and won't pass AAFCO minimums for puppies. roflmao Gimmick is all it is. Large breed puppy will have reduced calcium sometimes, but the bottom line is, feed a good food to your pup, or dog, and it...
