Re: Should we euthanize our pit bulls?

I am so sorry for your loss. I would be so heartbroken! However, I agree with majority of posts in here. I was in the ER last night with my little girl. Why? because I mismanaged my dogs; I set them up to fail; to do what b*tchy female terriers do. One was being a total b*tch and the other had reach...

Re: Chewing paws? =/

I have fed my Maddie , as she has allergies, Blue Buffalo Basic Salmon and Potato. We love it and it really helps Maddie. She isn't licking or red at all. I'd recommend it to others 100%

Re: Whats wrong with her PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!

Love Blue Buffalo food. If she has food allergies you'll love the Basic line - fish and potato. Maddie thrives on it! But any of their formulas are magnificent. Wilderness is their grain free - again I use their salmon. My black dogs look awesome on this product. Their coats never look better. And p...

Re: The Kegger of Dog Sports (Flyball!)

awesome shots all But my favorite is that first one of hank! That smile is worth 100000000 dollars! We play with the "green"team - Utah Tail Blazers. Mostly U-FLI. Started with Jake, my lab mix. Crazy for flyball. Hoping this weekend to earn his 20K I also run a BC named Hannah. Squeeky - ...

Re: Top 5 Foods

I only perused this thread the past 10 pages or so since it’s so long. I was surprised to only saw one reference to Champion pet foods (Orijen and Acana.) I can’t say more amazing things about Acana!!!!! I absolutely LOVE the results I’ve gotten from it after feeding Bruce, TOTW and Natural Balance...

Every two weeks, my dogs get a RMB (marrow bone, knuckle, lamb neck) for dinner. I use it on their fast day (really isn't a fast per say but less than normal)

Re: Feeding Raw

I use old sheets when feeding RMB. I just lay them in kitchen and labs stay on them. For Sneek - I feed in her crate - not bedding etc. I then clean it with hot soapy water and white vinegar. Raw is a NO NO for Maddie. She got really sick on it . I have tried giving her a RMB once in a while and I d...

Re: Energy/Performance Supplements

I am like Tracy - used all kinds of stuff but not that Jake is 8.5 I am a little leary in using some of it. I too do the CoQ10 Hey Tracy - why applesauce ? And why no bones? I try to feed extra during flyball weekends b/c Jake gets excitement squirts ;-) Hey Charlotte - how much raw honey do you giv...

Re: Crystals in Urine, food change recommendation

What would be your first choice? (keeping in mind a perfectly healthy 14 yr old dog will also share the food as they're free fed) I'm a huge fan of Royal Canin Urinary SO... I have used it in the past on my own cats. ! Ditto - personal experience with that food. My cat loved it too. He wouldn't tou...
