I'm not sure if it's your tone. But ease off God forbid someone asks for advice on this site. Yes it was done by a vet does it look like it was done otherwise. Do his ears look mangled NO then why the f*ck do you always have hostility in your messages. You know f-you and f this site I'm sick of all ...

Do his ears need to be taped?

Hey everyone so its been about three weeks and Bishops ears are all fully healed. Thanks to everyone who gave me their advice. My next question do they need to be taped? They seem to be standing all on their own haven't seen them once fold on to his head. Let me know what you think. Once again I app...

I need help not a bashing

Personally I love the look of the ears cropped, in saying that I still quite like natural ears as well. But I do get why some people are against it as well. He looks gorgeous! I wasn't against properly performed cropping until I saw one dog die during the procedure and did CPR on another (his heart...

how are the ears looking? still red? i agree with the rest don't put anything on them just let them heal, it will hurt to even touch the ears right now. As long as he's drinking and eating and the ears are looking better not swollen or something i would just leave them to heal up. And no i don't ag...

I'm Back after 5 years and 1 month!

I'm guessing you meant to say 7 weeks, not 7 months? lol What happened with rehoming your dog if you don't mind me asking? Why not keep her instead of getting another? Lol yes I meant weeks. Jazz's new owner is an amazing person and they have unbelievable bond. Plus her best freind is a Chinese cre...

Here is Bishop with ears cropped. His right ear left looking at him looks like there is a notch there isn't. Just thought I would clarify

Re: I need help not a bashing

I dont have a lot of input for your actual question, but I have to jump in on your logic for being pro cropping. Being so is perfectly okay, but piercing an ear on a child who can talk to you and make the call about wether she wants it or not, is very different than a 50% give or take amputation of...

Re: I need help not a bashing

I'm confused... did your vet do it? If so you should be able to go to them to assist in aftercare. Even if they did not, they should be able to help. I'm guessing that since you're wondering how to put the ointment on that they are still wrapped up? Normally when you get a procedure done you get in...

Re: I need help not a bashing

Let them heal. Don't put anything on them or handle them if they're painful. That's why he's on oral antibiotics. And it would actually be more in line with cutting off a part of your daughters ear cartilage. Not bashing, but merely pointing out the inaccuracy of your comparison. I can see that poi...

Re: I need help not a bashing

I'm not entirely understanding the question. Is he not allowing you to put the ointment on? Thanks for the reply. It's not that he's not allowing me per say more like i'm hesitant to force it on him. So i guess i'm looking for more tips - tricks in applying it with out causing him aditional discomf...

I need help not a bashing

I know there is a big debate over cropping and not cropping. Lets face it its personal choice, no different then getting your daughter ears pierced. With that being said i would appreciate from those of you who have experienced cropping some advise to aftercare. I'm trying to find the best way to pu...

Re: How long on Puppy food?

personally i would keep him on puppy food until 8-12 months, 3 months he needs the extra nutrients and calories in the food. You could try changing the flavour you are using, my bully is super picky about food, but ive learned what he does and does not like through trial and error. Personally I rea...
