Puppy with hives :o(

My puppy is covered in hives. When I got home from work, he had at least 20 dime sized spots and 2 spots the size of a quarter. He is acting fine otherwise. I tried to get pictures but it is very difficult to get the hives to show up in the photo. He is 7 months old... can this be a reaction to his ...

My friend uses Kirkland for her 5 dogs and overall, it is a pretty good quality food. Probably one of the better deals economically, 40 pounds for under $20. If you don't have a Costco membership, maybe a family member, friend or neighbor does? I bought my last bag of Canidae for $35 and it was a 40...

I have used both California Natural and Canidae. My female did not like the California Natural. She did well on it as I was using it to wean her off of Hills I/D but eating became a chore for a dog that loves food. I started Canidae ALS and she loves it and looks great, her coat changed from bristle...

My female had alternating diarrhea/loose stool for about 4 months after adopting her. the vet had no answers other than flagyl and a bag of i/d. once i read the ingredient list, i started my search for a more wholesome food. she did ok on california natural chicken and rice bu...

North Jersey

I went on http://www.spayusa.org and input my information. Today, in the mail I received a certificate and it was for a great vet in the North Jersey area. I called and there was a 3 week wait because they only do 1 spay or neuter a day under the program. For an exam, 50 lb neuter, pain management m...

I had our 17 week old on the Orijen Large Breed Puppy. I put our 2 cats on Orijen beause the 2 hooligans kept trying to break into the bag of the puppy Orijen. Even the senior, almost toothless cat who despises dry food loves the Orijen. I ended up switching the puppy to Canidae because that is what...
