barbs, what are knuckle bones, in the past, I have seen different people call the same bones different things? I use the bones that are from 2 inches to 5 inches long, have some marrow in them and some small amounts of meat on them, soup bones is what they are labeled. They would probably measure at ...

Barfers, I have a ?

I am not a barfer, but do feed raw meaty bones, (not with kibble). I have noticed that my girl has started this weird thing, reminds me of acid ref;lux. She will do it at any time when it is occuring, she might get up, then she kinda belches, then has to keep swallowing, like she just spit up, but i...

you can also go to the hardware store and buy hammer or small axe handle, then make the adjustments you want on them. (hole in handle for string and/or chiseled end)
I just ordered mine from pbrc too, the money that you pay goes for donations to help the dogs.

This method has always worked for me, I even took in a rescue that was 8 years old, and not potty trained yet. I use one word, potty is my word. Then every time they wake up, get excited, eat, and at least every hour in between, I take them outside and keep saying Potty, potty, potty. Once they do g...

yeah, the tire would not work with that t-top, would have to be so huge to fit over that part, just a thought. Red, if you get the sutff in the picture it is easy to do. Probably won't take any longer then 20 minutes to get it set up. I did it and did not have a clue when I went to the store and bou...

just for the record, I did my tie out the same way as the pic above. It has been in the ground now for about 8 years!!!! The ground around it is like cement and you can no longer get the c-links open, but it still is good and strong! It came in handy many a time for stray dogs that wondered onto the...

I was looking at the link, they didn't use an O ring, just wrapped the chain around the axle, that would get all tangled up in the grass and such? lol What about the tire, do you think that would work, just slip a tire down over the spring pole post, then she would not have to do all the junk yard s...

Hello, Welcome and thank you for rescueing your baby! I also, offer my condolences for your plight. I take my girl out every weekend for meet and greet. I will go to the post office shopping centers, Petmart, Petco, or just sit on a bench at a park. I try to wear a shirt taht says on front, "Yes she...

I looked at that link, I used that set up for a nasty old billy goat, but I put the large O ring through the axl rod before I pounded the rod into the ground.
I got all my supplies at a farm/tractor supply store.

I don't know if this would work with your pole, but how about sliding a truck tire over it and connecting the chain to the tire. The tire would move around the 4x4 post without rubbing it I would think. I would do all theother sutff with the o rings, etc, just connect to the tire??? It would be alot...
