The problem is not right now, the problem is when the pup matures. Either their resident gal might decide she doesn't like another adult female in the house, or the new pup may develop same sex aggro as she matures. It doesn't matter that they get along right NOW. Even many very dog aggro adult pit ...

Toby gets his daily walk, regardless of the weather. If we stayed in when it rains, he'd be stuck in the house over half the year (ah, the joy of living in the PacNW). But...anything mentally stimulating seems to wear him out almost as much as a walk...or we play tug, chase, wrastle...you get the id...

Well how about we arrange a three way trade. You can take my Staffman Mister T and I will take Meatball. :inlove: lol (Actually from the sounds of it you'd most definitely return him to sender...lol...he isn't exactly kitty friendly, is sometimes reactive with other dogs (can't figure out what it is...

Well, we've tried a combo of isolated anti-alligator training sessions and holding the treat more firmly in my hand vs with the fingers (which at first I thought was absolutely ridonkulous...I'm thinking...okay he's eating my finger tips, I don't particularly want to offer my entire hand. lol ) I've...

How NOT to be an Alligator

Okay, I have basic ideas of training down, but we just can't seem to nip this one in the bud. Toby has a hard mouth...a VERY hard mouth. His former home, as best as we can figure, never taught him anything. I mean, nothing...among that nothing, he's not learned how to take a treat without taking fin...

A dog house probably wouldn't be very useful at keeping a dog cool. I would build him a lean-to instead. Something that he can get underneath, but still have airflow coming through. That said, if I ever build dog houses for my pups, I plan on using this design . OMG I love you. I have been trying t...

I'd tell you I'd trade you Benny for Toby, but then Mister T might poop on my pillow when I'm not looking. He's rather spiteful you know. I can't believe he is still there either...some dogs you expect to take a while...but he is SO cute! And not some crazy high drive dog eater either...I *really* d...
