I wouldn't feed Nutro if you paid me. On the topic of Canidae, we fed it for 2 years. After they changed the ingredients recently, my dogs weren't doing well on the new formula, so we switched to Nature's Variety. Go by Southern Agriculture. They carry some good foods. Nature's Variety, Innova, Prem...

Probably a better idea to PM her rather than bump a 2+ year old thread. There is a method to the madness in this forum, and bumping ancient threads means the mods have just that much more to sift through when they're approving new people. :)

Just an FYI from one who used to handle these things. Tantrums usually prolong the process, because nobody wants to bow to a demanding newcomer who walks right in and spits on the proverbial floor. I hope you have more patience for your project. ;)

Heh. Looks like my submission made it on there. ~~~~ Lindsay of Okmulgee OK (09/01/08) I have fed Canidae All Life Stages dog food to my American Pit Bull Terriers for over 2 years now. I had originally switched to that brand because it was becoming too expensive to feed what I'd been feeding prior ...

This'll probably get locked soon for not being technically an intro, but I'll answer anyway. (Dont thump me, 'k?) Anchor Chain has actually been discussed in another member's thread in the General section very recently. ("How to get into competitions" or something like that.) If you read t...

Nature's Variety. Any more changes, and I'll probably push for raw.

We've officially switched our dogs to Nature's Variety. I didn't like the new Canidae formula that equaled yellow soft serve in my yard. (I think by 2 bags in, they can't call that an adjustment period anymore.)

I would feed a Purina product to a dog that was starving. But not to one of my own dogs. Last bag of Purina I has was Pro Plan, and I ended up donating it to the animal shelter because our dog was doing so poorly on it.

Welcome aboard! Use caution when buying a bull breed pup as a playmate for another dog, because there's always the chance they will "turn on" (become dog-aggressive) with maturity. If you use common sense precautions like not leaving the two together when you're away, it will hopefully wor...

She will change a lot -- puppies always do -- but nobody can predict exactly how. As for other blue fawn dogs, you could search "blue fawn" in the gallery and probably come up with a thread or 300. lol Lots of blue fawn dogs out there.

Oh yeah, just to warn you, you might want to keep all your replies to one post. The more posts you make in the intro section, the harder it is for the mods to keep track of who's been approved for posting privleges and not.

He seems to have some long-ish hair, unless that's just the pictures. He's at least part APBT, but I don't know if he's purebred. As for the neutering question, you'll find most people on this board are in favor of getting dogs spayed/neutered unless they're being used as part of a reputable breedin...

If you're worried about her development, get her spayed when she's around a year to a year and a half just to be safe. Just make sure you keep her away from the boys in the meantime.

Although some people seem to take offense to these believe it or not they are my number one seller. I believe it. The market for things we shouldn't have is usually huge, but that doesn't make it right. You shouldn't exploit the stupidity and recklessness of dog owners. There are plenty of better c...
