OK I don't know what's going on here but it's weird. First and foremost, I am not against RESCUES shipping dogs to other RESCUES for away, but I just do not get how you can ship a dog to a shelter in another country. no-kill shelters warehouse animals for their entire lives. You have never even bee...

Ok. I had the balls to knock at the poor girls house, luckily she was awake. She told me that her friend, 90% will have a space for Mack as long as he is good with other dogs (and he is). It is a no-kill shelter. And she called her friend but the friend did not pick up. She will definitely get in to...

You know what, I will try to find out which apartment she lives on and I will ask her. I think last time I talked to her she told me she "and her friends" foster dogs. I will respond here in about 10 minutes.

I am willing to drive also, but not all the way. I will call the SPCA (in Montreal 8) ) to see if its a no-kill temporary shelter. I meant SPCA of Canada considering you guys are in the USA. There is no SPCA of Canada lol, sorry my bad. So, like I was saying; I will have to check with them tomorrow ...

Does he have all his papers with him? I am looking around to see if anyone could keep him. I am not too experienced to have him around.

Would the SPCA of Canada take him in?

2 Pit mixes for adoption; Montreal

Hi Guys, I did my weekly trip to the SPCA in Montreal and I found what appeared to me as two pit mixes. These dogs were picked up a couple of days ago and need a new home. They are gorgeous. I would have definately picked up on of these boys but I can not afford another dog right now. If anyone is i...

Re: Yup

Yup! When we began to do a bit of research, we couldn't believe what we found out. To think all these companies are entrusted with the lives of our pets....its disgusting. Thats exactly why we started using http://www.chefk9.com I know for a fact all of their food is real and fit for human consumpt...

Yeah Ville-Marie. Mmmmm I never really heard of that place before. I live really close to that area. Thank you for that great piece of information. What do you feed your dog? Which brand?

food question!

Today I changed the food for Paris. She used to get Holistic Select and now I switched her food to Royal Canine. I did not fully switch yet considering it takes a couple of weeks to complete the transformation. The petshop told me that I can return the food if she didnt like it. The reason I decided...

Newbie and proud

Hi Guys, I guess im only following protocol here :). Standard procedure to introduce myself? October 29th I got me a beautiful pit pup. She was 4 months old when i got her; a little older than most of you get your pups at, but I had to have her. Her name is Paris and she is a sly and sneaky little o...
