Pretty much just use the stuff from my EMT bag, gauzes, wraps, etc. I do keep aspirin and peroxide on hand too though

Emma hates having them done too. The vet refuses to do them (why, I don't know!). There is only one grooming place that Emma semi-trusts to do them and she still pees herself when they do it...they know to do nails first...then bathe. They're starting to get really long though, cause unfortunately.....

Cost is the major one. Time is another. Kibble is SO much easier, which I know is a cop-out, but with a baby and another on the way...ya know. Plus...she is doing well on kibble, so...why fix what's not broke? But, mostly cost.

Hmmm...today she seems to be 100% back to normal. Maybe it was just the canned food messing her up. Still calling the vet tomorrow though

If she's eating/drinking/pooping/peeing and not feeling sick, then I think it can wait until Monday. I'd expect to do bloodwork. She's eating as normal, peeing (just more!), pooping, playing, barking at neighbors, cuddling the baby, acting normal, cept at nighttime she's shivering (I'm assuming she...

Thanks. Totally not good news, but about what I was expecting. I will have to call the vet on monday, we can NOT afford an E-vet, though I wish we could. Will call them first thing at 8am Monday. Poor Emma doggy
