Well the only thing I can think of is maybe from romping through leaves, grass, sticks, all kinds of brush down by the San MArcos river. Its just a huge open field where we turn them lose when nobody else is there. All of our dogs love to run there and Dozer ( my sensitive little boy) is the only one w...

I don't have a Costco here. What about ProPac. Anyone ever heard of that? I know a man who feeds his dog ProPac and he shows it as well. Hos dog is an American Bulldog. He also gives him those red cell vitamins..are those a bad idea?

Where can you find Canidae? or Kirklands? Can you get it at Pets mart, walmart, or the vet clinic? ..or maybe a Tractor supply or a feed store?

OOoo best tug toy ever is an old wife beater. Tyler had a few old stained ones..and I tied them together in knots. Dozer loves them! He shakes them up and loves to tug. It is the only tug toy that he will hold on to long enough for me to pick him up off the ground (of course no more tahn 4 inches or...

My poor dogs..omg

I had no idea that there were types of dog food specifically for this breed and their needs. I was always told that Pedigree puppy chow is fine until a year old..adn then adult small bites of the same brand. This is what I feed my dogs. Pedigree with the meaty morsels. They love it and my vet said t...

I use a harness on both dogs. They do pull a lot and this helps with the choking issue. However, I don't like to do the "involuntary skiiing" thing every morning on our walk. I went and purchased a "pinch collar" to work with the dogs on how to behave properly on a leash. It has ...

I live in an apartment. I dont have a fenced in yard either. DONT even THINK about a dog park where the dogs are not leashed. BAD IDEA for pitties and their future. Its just asking for them to get in trouble. Sad to say. I don't know if you have a place like this by your house or not..but think abou...

ba haha! Yea I don't agree with table-feeding much.. I usually put the last bite in their bowls if they don't harrass me or stare at me while I eat. My dogs have been taught to "find a spot" while I eat. But HEY! If any of my dogs showed fear or concern when it came to something like food-...

Aggression

I need help. Honey is my main concern. Tyler brought her from north Texas when he moved down. He said when he got her from the ghetto- she was in a yard full of mud with a bunch of other dogs that had apparently bitten her more than once. He was appauled. So now that she is older and part of our fam...

Tat- I dunno what happened before with these people. They seem rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. I vote we kick them out permanently. :) . They won't help the breed at all and they will continue to just annoy others.
