Green tripe is very beneficial to dogs, but like mentioned above, should be used as a supplement and not the entire meal. It is full of vitamins and minerals and is great for the skin and coat. Just make sure it's the green tripe and not the bleached white tripe, which has very little nutritional va...

I agree with Amie, get the female done first. Females are more expensive to get done than males, but you won't have to worry about the fun of a messy girl in heat running around your house.

I would get one fixed before you bring the other home.

I would also do a meet and greet with both dogs on neutral territory.

In the baking area of the grocery store, look for the Libby's canned pumpkin. Make sure it is the pure canned pumpkin and not the pumpkin filling (which has sugar and spices and stuff).

You need to go to the vet ASAP. A pup can get dehydrated very quickly with vomiting and diahrrea...especially if it's been happening for over 24 hours and the dog refuses to eat.

x2 on the pumpkin. Just make sure it's the plain stuff, and don't add too much or it will have the opposite effect.

If she does good on the food she's on, I wouldn't change it. Don't fix what's not broken.

Oops, sorry for the double post. Didn't realize you can't edit here. Yes, he has TONS of nutzo energy. He gets several walks per day and I do have a flirt pole. Also bought a human treadmill last week for all of us. When he gets a good workout though, instead of just releasing that energy, he seems...

This was something I was wondering about, too. I am going to the WP at Purina Farms tomorrow though, and asked about bringing my dog to the event and a few people told me I shouldn't (see Event section). Does it depend on the event? I'd really like to get into weight pull, but I'd like to give it a ...

i asked for information on if any 1 knew anybody not for opinions So you're truly serious about NOT wanting a licensed vet to crop your dog's ears? You'd rather save a little cash and get an unprofessional hack job (probably with scissors) while your dog is not under anesthesia, in terrible pain, a...

Could just be a ridiculous metabolism. When my male was a pup, he was upwards of 6 cups a day. He just turned two, and he still eats 4 cups a day. Both of my females eat half that, and Lexus is almost as big as he is. If I feed him any less, he loses weight. Try feeding him a puppy food or other for...
