My vet did not xray her or tell me the "grade" he told me to keep her on etogestic 300mb anti-flam meds to monitor her activity (no rough running or jumping for 1 to 2 weeks) - then check and see how she is, and come back for a checkup... is this something that she will suffer with for th...

Is it full bladder or just a bit? It could be a couples things... I would first consult your vet to see if there could be a UTI or something else wrong. If he has a clean bill of health it is possible for neutered dogs to still mark. Although, being 4 and not doing it in the past would probably rule...

My female has a grade 2 in her left read and a grade 3 in her right rear. My recommendation would be to get a second opinion. My last vet gave her a grade 3 and 4 and told us we needed surgery ASAP or she wouldn't be able to even walk a year or two down the road. After seeing another vet (our curren...

I'm going through the same thing with my male. He has been to two vets and been on multiple meds but we are still struggling. It's a mystery to the vets and frustrating for us.

Cranberry Juice

The vet is recommending I start giving my male cranberry juice everyday to help with UTI prevention.

I know a long time ago I was told not give a dog cranberry or grape juice. What is correct?

My male will rip any Kong toy to pieces within hours. The only one that has lasted more than 3 days is the same exact one you are working with.

My female and my other dogs I've owned always just licked the food out and never chewed on them.

Paws and Nails

My 11 month old male has been dealing with nail issues on his back paws for months now. It seems to be progressively getting worse as he gets older. His back nails seem to be always wore down to the nerve. I cut his front nails all the the time but never the back ones. Although compared to my female...

My male was horrible at this!!! Every little noise he heard he would jump up and run to the back door barking; I guess he thought the noises were coming from outside. (No one said he was the brightest of the bunch) It got to a point we couldn't even watch TV. What we did to help the situation was ig...

You can also use Dramamine as well.
