We buy Chicken Soup for the puppy lovers soul. A 35 lb bag cost $28 which is pretty cheap and last a solid 3 months easy for a 4 (going on 5) month old bully (17lb bag last 2 months). Diamond makes it and it's their top of the line kebble if I recall correctly.

How oftern are you bathing her? You could be drying out her skin and making her more itchy? You can also try Salmon Oil or Fish Body Oil (there's a bunch of threads in the Health section) I'd also look at a more gentle shampoo as an option. Once every 2 weeks or as needed aka when she stinks. I tho...

How can I figure out why my almost 5 month old bully (RE blue) is starting to itch so much. We fed her Chick soup for the puppy lovers soul (large puppy breed food), she's one Frontline plus (though it might be flies/ticks). We bathed her with Four Paws Magic Coat shampoo and condition both with oat...

How old is river? We were taking Rocky on up to two mile walks when he was as young as 4 months old. I think as long as you are not pushing them and letting them go their own pace a pup over 4 or 5 months is fine for long walks. Bring plently of water and rest if the pup needs it. Enjoy! Exactly wh...

Is it ok to use human shampoo? Or not? No. It will dry out their skin. . Well it depends on the situation. Chyna had real bad skin allergies. The vet recommended Selsum Blue shampoo. Said it was basically the same as thier high priced medicated pet shampoo. It done wonders for her. Wonder if head &...

We did wait 3 weeks and she just got Distemper/Corona virus. What I'm trying to figure out is the vaccination record we got from the breeder has a list of things needed at certain weeks. Hepatitis, Para influenza, Parvo Virus II, Second Deworm at 10-12 weeks. Yet they only said she need what they g...

If she just got vaccines at 8 weeks, you should wait 3-4 weeks before giving her the next set, which would make her 11-12 weeks old. I would wait for 12 weeks, give the next set at 16, and that would do it. So yes, 2 more sets sounds about right. You should make sure the vet sees what was given, th...
