at five mos old, she is likely starting to lose a few "baby" teeth, so I would venture to guess that is normal..

I am mot Miss Kiwi, but I have an allergy dog..diagnosed through a dermatologist. We actually thought she had sarcoptic mange and went through the Ivermectin treatments with scant improvement. I actually think it was on here, reading about others issues with allergies that made me wonder, and then w...

Thanks for the info, Kingsgurl.I guess I will have to throw out a $45.00 new bag. :crybaby: I wish that NV made a formula for allergies.Maybe I will try wellness for him.Does Merrick have an allergy formula? the only one...

Hey guys how much pumpkin can he have in a day? He eats three times a day. Should I give him pumpkin with every meal? And how much? Thanks! We gave Kira a few tablespoons with each feeding. I am also a big fan of yogurt..the Dannon Activa in particular. Our greyhound is on a long-term antibiotic re...

They have had ALOT of quality issues..to the point I would start to call them "ongoing"
between the melamine recall and the aflatoxin recalls anyway..

I dont blame you on not wanting to throw out the food. I used up all out Nutro by mixing the foods during the switchover. I have found the cost of Nutro Naturals and TW to be about equal because they are now eating about half as much as they previously did. I think I stress more about what my dogs ...

My local grain store who used to carry the Venison Formula called the manufacturer for us because we wanted to know why we could no longer find it. It took them two weeks to get an answer. They were told "manufacturing problems." Thats a bit too vague for me. I just think it is weird that...

sigh. I am just not impressed with Nature's Variety. I WANT to be, it really seems to be a good kibble, but one dog can't eat it (allergies), and the other one (who is normally a pointy-nosed stomach) has to be coaxed into eating it, and even then just didn't show good results. I guess everyone's do...

We used to feed Nutro Naturals Venison and Brown Rice formula. We stopped feeding it after we couldn't find it anymore. They are now on Timberwolf. Since we switched the foods, both dogs no longer vomit (they used to vomit at least 2x a week each especially in the morning) and their coats are much ...

Keep us posted on how your dog does on it..Merrick is one of the few foods that has a formula the allergy-dog can have. I have always wanted to try it, but always choke on the price.

Statistically speaking I'd say German Shepherd mixes... there's not a ton of unclaimed Belgian Tervuren in the shelter system, at least around here. They are awfully cute (though that's a lot of grooming I see in their futures!) I was thinking that until I read the part about parvo.. I know a lot o...
