My local grain store who used to carry the Venison Formula called the manufacturer for us because we wanted to know why we could no longer find it. It took them two weeks to get an answer. They were told "manufacturing problems." Thats a bit too vague for me. I just think it is weird that...

sigh. I am just not impressed with Nature's Variety. I WANT to be, it really seems to be a good kibble, but one dog can't eat it (allergies), and the other one (who is normally a pointy-nosed stomach) has to be coaxed into eating it, and even then just didn't show good results. I guess everyone's do...

We used to feed Nutro Naturals Venison and Brown Rice formula. We stopped feeding it after we couldn't find it anymore. They are now on Timberwolf. Since we switched the foods, both dogs no longer vomit (they used to vomit at least 2x a week each especially in the morning) and their coats are much ...

Keep us posted on how your dog does on it..Merrick is one of the few foods that has a formula the allergy-dog can have. I have always wanted to try it, but always choke on the price.

Statistically speaking I'd say German Shepherd mixes... there's not a ton of unclaimed Belgian Tervuren in the shelter system, at least around here. They are awfully cute (though that's a lot of grooming I see in their futures!) I was thinking that until I read the part about parvo.. I know a lot o...

ANY vet will take back the food. it has a 100% guarentee. Even if there is 1 cup left in the bag, we are instructed by Royal Canin and Medi-cal to take back the food. Same goes for Hills perscription. I am sure it does for Iams as well. It is the fault of the staff at your clinic for not posting th...

I actually noticed a change in the last bag of it I bought, (color and smell was slightly different) but was going to try the Venison and Potato Natural Balance, so I didn't pay it much mind. (and I figured the yeasty spots were from the kitties sleeping in her crate when she wasn't..) I am going to...

I just picked up a bag of the IVD Royal Canin Venison and Potato and they friggin changed the ingredients!!!!!! :po: :po: :po: I just spent nearly $50 f*&*^ing dollars on food that now has Salmon oil instead of canola oil. (Kira has shown a reaction to Salmon Oil in the past) Why do they change ...

I just wanted to add that I have the 1.5" martingales for my dogs..and I even though I have a leather buckle collar I love for Kira, I will likely not order anything but martingales for the doggies..they look nice and due to their design, prevent the "backed out" escape.
