Re: Good Lord, anything else at this time?

Val, only you know your limits. And Zoey's. Whatever you decide to do, I'm behind you 100%. Of all the people on this forum, you are one of those I would believe if you said "there is just no other choice." I'm so sorry for all you've been through this year. :(

Re: IMHA

That's pretty much what they told me. If she responds well to the steroids, she might have a chance. If not, she'll probably be dead within 3 months. As of right now she seems to be responding really well. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks for the link.

Re: IMHA

Thank you for the love and hugs. And Allison, that is encouraging. She has now had 5 doses of medicine and is running around like a puppy. I can't tell if her stomach is shrinking or not, but it does seem to be changing shape, if that makes any sense. I bought an air mattress so I could sleep in her...

IMHA

I've seen this mentioned in a couple of threads but haven't ever dealt with this personally. I know that Red went through it with Tigger. Has anyone else had a dog with IMHA? Bootleg, my foster-turned-permanent dog was diagnosed on Thursday. She was hugely obese when I started fostering her in June ...

Re: Bil-Jac Dog Food

The dog looks good. And has been known to have some allergy problems, and isn't on this food. The only problem is that the dog no longer likes the food so she has to put wet food with it just to get it to eat it.

Bil-Jac Dog Food

Does anyone know anything about Bil-Jac? I saw on their website that they are calling it a "super premium" food, but it also says corn is better for dogs than rice. My boss feeds it to her Westie and she's convinced that it is a wonder food because it is really expensive. Anyone have any i...
