If you want to get an idea of what she will weigh, take her weight at 4 months and multiply it by 2. That will give you a ballpark figure. I don't know about that! When I got Riddle, she was four months old and weighed 20lbs... and she was quite fat when I got her, so she should have weighed less. ...

So a seatbelt one would be worth a try, I think. I really just need SOMETHING for her, I feel bad for her poor neck. No more walkies till it heals. :(

I don't really want to spend the money on leather for this collar because its going to be a roll-in-the-dirt, get-chewed-on-by-doggie-friends sort of collar. Leather holds stink and can't be cleaned that much, plus the thing's not going to be treated well. She has nice leather and satin lined collar...

Question about Stillwater collars.

So poor Riddle is being ripped apart by her nylon 1" collars now that her neck is big and beefy. The 1" collars are so narrow, when she gets her zoomies goin' on and hits the end of her leash, the collar pinches her neck wrinkles and rips out hair. :crybaby: She has some quarter-sized bald...

I've used InClover's Optagest for years now with both Riddle and my oldest cat Monstee. Riddle for her horrible gas and general digestive problems and Monstee because she used to routinely throw up her food. I love the stuff. Riddle's gas is GREATLY improved, and Monstee throws up around once a mont...

Old Navy, surprisingly, often has dog clothes in large sizes. I've gotten a couple hoodies from there, and I love them! Her first hoodie: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/savage_destiny/Riddle/DSC00108.jpg Second hoodie (with her best friend Naniboo and her Auntie making appearances): http://i...

They have a hard time ripping off small pieces and chewing them. Riddle doesn't even let hers touch the ground, she just rolls it around in her mouth and crunches it up until its all soft enough to swallow. As long as he's not swallowing huge unchewed chunks, there's no problem.

Go for the comic book print. I have one of those for Riddle, and the print is even cooler in person!

I have been bathing her once a week...which doesn't seem to be helping much. Do you use a special medicated shampoo? My vet did not recommend one, so I have been using a hypoallergenic oatmeal shampoo. If you don't mind my asking; what are Riddle's liver issues and how did you sort them out? I use ...

When Riddle was younger and we didn't have her liver issues sorted out, she had HORRIBLE environmental allergies. Dirt, dust, dander, pollen, anything and everything made her break out in hives. By far the best thing that helped her was to bathe her at least once a week, usually twice a week. Just g...

The food gets low ratings because of the ingredients. Corn, molasses, salt, by-products (the first says organs, the second time its listed there is no such disclaimer), beet pulp... no way would I be feeding that to my dog. Can I ask what you are currently feeding your dog? I see by-products in a l...

Why would you put Gorilla down for being a dog? Especially a dog of a breed known for dog aggression? You failed him here, by not making sure this couldn't happen- don't make him pay the price for it.

Thank you for posting this! I've always been uncomfortable with the ridiculously high protein levels in some kibbles. Personally I believe its bad for the kidneys to be processing that much protein with no moisture to aid it. I think that if someone insists on feeding a kibble with high pr...
