My dog was already neutered when we took him in, but my friends' boxer bounced back very quickly. They were having a hard time keeping him sill as soon as he came out of the anethesia! Here's a link with tons of information and more links: http://www.paw-rescue.org/PAW/PETTIPS/DogTip_SpayDay.php :t...

All the male dogs to come through my home benefited immensly. No more marking, no more humping, substantially subdued dog aggression. My male Bastian since being neutered has turned in to my "rock". He's the most level headed dog in the house. Well that's the kinda answer I wanted to hear...

Oh hmm I guess to each his own(in this case dog). I was hoping he'd calm down even just a little bit cause his jumping is still a problem even after professional training. Yeah Bruno went literally chaotic when he saw another female blue nose in heat. And he's still a baby! And yeah I'm really glad ...

Quick off the topic question, is it true when a dog get's "speutered" that his/her personality changes? Cause my sister's friend has a male Pit and he said before the pup was neutered he was off the wall and energetic but after the neuter process he sorta "calmed down."

So have his testicles dropped at all? If not, he's a cryptorchid... which means he's retained the testicles up inside his body. Not good... very high risk for cancer on cryptorchid dogs. Get him neutered asap for his health sake. Well like I said it'll be 5 months this Sunday and I don't know how t...

-Anyone wanna help train Bruno?-

http://www.pitbullforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=55980 So I just read that thread and was wondering if anyone in the SoCal/Orange County area wanna get together at a nice park to do the "on track" training? I know there's like two people close by in my neighborhood that have Pit's as well and a...

[quote=ZiggysMom] How old is he? And is it just that they aren't big, or that they aren't "in the sack" at all? If your boy's bits aren't even in the sack, that's called cryptorchidism and it really means he should be neutered. One, because cryptorchid testes are WAY more likely to develop...

Dang cause coming up this Sunday will be exactly 5 month's for Bruno and my sister thinks that he's a dud only because we've only quite a few dogs and it wasn't long before they started showing signs of maturity. Oh and that's good to know, just found it odd that he still did that after having so ma...

-Bruno's jewel's aren't dropping?-

I know this question might sound a little disturbing to a few but I was wondering at what age/month do male Pit Bulls begin to show sign of "mature" age if you know what I'm saying. Cause I've been getting tons of great comments about his features but a lot of people tend to think that he'...

And I'm not thinking about getting this for Bruno when the time is right, how old should they roughly be in order to play with these balls?

Yeah he took his classes today and passed the first day with flying colors and the trainer said everything he's been doing is normal but just give him more time and attention. Even ran into two guys who have Pit's and gave me some good advice and they said so far I'm doing a good job in raising him ...
