With just my two dogs I will rotate the bags every two, that way after an entire bag (33lbs) per dog then their systems get a nice cleansing.

Also fasting dogs one day a week is great for flushing the system.

I rotate 3 different kinds of food. Natural Balance, Wellness, and Timber wolf. I also feed meats with their kibble and have never had diarrhea, except on Solid Gold and that was because it was just too rich for my pups. Rotating is also told to keep the system clean and flushed from any build ups.
