Gypsy usually starts out on top of the blankets, at the foot of the bed. Then she gets cold, so she crawls under the blankets, down between my legs. Then she gets sideways on the bed, digs her back feet into my back and shoves me to the edge, so I end up sleeping on 2 inches of my queen size bed. L...

we dont' have snow cause i'm in south florida but it has been pretty cold lately so that's also a possibility Define "pretty cold" lol I doubt they are chapped, given your location...I haven't seen too many chapped scrotums up this way, and it gets much colder up here for extended periods...
