BullyVW shame on you! (from your own vet tech!) It could be fleas some dogs are very hypersensitive to flea bites and one little bite will have them full of a rash and itchy all over. Also it could be allergies. Either way to help with the itching you can give benadryl people size is 25mg 1mg per p...

OH...and as an added......GHIA HAS NOTHING WRONG WITH HER. Just in case I did have a sample of biospot (crap, I know) but it has to do something. So, as I said, just in case, I treated her with that for now.

Help...weird bumps on Raplh!

I'll give you the lowdown fast. Raplh is about 15 days behind on his flea meds because they didn't show yet. I know I should have gone to my vet and bought the one single 30 days tube.......but I suck..what can I tell you. Anyway, here's the problem. He has these hair patches that stick up slightly....

Well, for something that's pretty much useless....you can pay $10 for about 80-120 pills.

On the other hand.....for something pharmaceutical grade that has been molecularly distilled to rid itself of impurities....you're talking almost $.50 per capsule anc maybe $40 per bottle.

Umm...just read the info on the back. MOST products found in Walmart and such....they have high contamination levels. There are very few regulations on fish oil products......the levels per dose are low enough to pass...but still. High doses of vitamin d3 will work better for skin dryness. Fish oils...

:) Oh that is great, but sad also...do you think she misses you also?? I really dont know if I could foster, as I would be heartbroken too much  Will you get to go visit with her to see how she is doing? I'm sure she'll miss us somewhat...but Ghia won't miss her all too much. The two females h...

Ah....tug at my heart strings. Ruby's found her home.

We had been talking with a family that lives maybe 15 minutes from me. They have had a dog for the last 13 years, but last year he passed. So, the younger woman was over the other day and fell for Ruby. She met the qualifications, has a big house and a big yard (although, like myself, no fence. She ...

if you feel a solo household then stick to that. if the potential adopter has a male dog, you still have to see how they react to each other. its alot harder than it looks trying to place a pitbull in a great home, let alone a single dog home. hell i am still trying to place bruno, who gets along w...

Thanks for the tip. I think she belongs as the only dog in the house.....but a male dog would do I guess.

good luck with finding her a good home. its going to be tough though. you can post her on petfinder under the classifieds, unless you can ask rottnpitty to cross post her for you, its the least they can do since you are giving them some $$ from your cafe press store. if they dont cross post her for...

Ruby is going back up for adoption. In Pa

Well, after some time to see if Ruby could fit into my household...the decision was somewhat made for me. My landlords called and weren't too keen on me having 3 dogs in the house. As it is, I'm paying extra for Ghia. Also, I think she's missing out on life. She needs to be loved and weren't not alw...
