Correct about the sodium levels(I think unenhanced meat has sodium levels around 70-80). If it says ENHANCED then I wouldn't use it. Some dogs can handle enhanced meat and have no problem others can't.

Amie,

Nuts does that too. It can get very frustrating especially when it is freezing or raining outside. He will be in the poop stance and all ready to go and see something worth barking about and completely forget what he was trying to do.

Yes, we are! We are always worried about the poop. lol I find taking the dogs for a brisk run and then with a little walking always helps them go number 2 if I need them to.

If it is parvo it would have a really bad smell.

It could be a number of things. Whipworms, parvo, coccidia......

I would make a visit to the vet.

You may have to get some metal bolt snaps from the hardware store to secure the opening(door) to the crate itself so if he jiggles the locks on crate loose it will still be secure with the bolt snaps.

I hope you can understand what I am trying to say. lol
