for best results its between 9 and 12 weeks. A lot of the vets wont do it past that time. And if its done later, you might end up with the ears not standing up right

wow......you have a puppy. As far as I know puppies need to be fed up to 10% of their weight when feeding raw. Dont go by the instructions on NV's site, because they are for adult dogs only.
