I love it. Ryker and Luna are on the Wilderness since they're so darn active and Lyric is on the puppy. I'm hoping he'll get adopted fairly quickly. Right now, his current owners are keeping him for the duration of his training and then I've got to find a foster for him as our house is full to the brim and all. If anyone in the metro area is willing to foster it would be great. :))

Colby - Darlin' goodness in available in MI.

Well, Gambler's been adopted and I was contacted (at work again) by someone who can't keep their puppy. Colby is a 12 week old red/white rednose with an absolutely wonderful personality. He's currently living in a home with kids. Supposedly the sister is allergic and that's why they're placing him. ...

From what I was told by some of the Nutro products people is they're working on a new supplier for their lamb and venison. Something about finding better quality. I personally won't touch the stuff. I used to buy the desserts for the rittens (rats) as a treat and I won't even do that anymore.

Dang it! Stupid puter sent before I finished and I lost part of my post. Ugh! I personally would put your pup on a normal puppy-based diet versus large breed. These dogs, as I stated above, aren't large breed dogs and shouldn't be fed like a dog that's going to be 100+. It's true that dad is larger,...

So that's the difference with large breed puppy, it slows growth more then plain puppy food? Is that correct?

That's correct, however, APBTs are NOT supposed to be a large-breed dog.

To the OP, welcome and congrats on your new puppy - irregardless if it is a mixed breed or not. Kim is a good person and yes as the years have gone by her dogs are getting more shorter and thicker. For some reason that is what in demand around her and she has a thriving business. IMHO, breeding dogs...

All my mutts and cats are on Blue Buffalo. The pit bulls are on the Wilderness and the fat lab is on the lite. After the whole recall scare and concern, they pulled any and all glutens potentially in their foods.

Luna actually lifts her leg and marks over Ryker's pee spots. It's incredibly amusing. Ryker will snuffle and drool after smelling boy or girl pee. He's terrible. lol

Ryker says, I gots a good ticker! (OFA Cardio Brag!)

Well, I went to the Terrier Club of Michigan health test clinic and had Ryker's cardiac test done. He passed with flying colors. Little heathen kept wanting to kiss the doctor while he was checking him. It was too cute. Results were shipped into the OFA this morning. Yay! http://i2.photobucket.com/a...
