Thought id share this with you guys...

My sisters dog is 17 years old and has been fed Ol Roy, Pedigree and now currently on Iams. Dont know the exact breed of the dog but she may be a dachshund mix.

Good News! Rambo had his first negative skin scraping! He is finally mite free and hopefully for good. He had a total of 4 dips and 1 application of Nu-Stock.

I have never free fed. Just lately I have been giving him his first meal and leaving it out hoping he will eat. Maybe hes just not hungry in the morning than? Should I try and feed him his first meal in the afternoon?

I feed him SolidGold by the way...if it matters.

He just finished about 1 more cup....so today was a total of about 2 1/2 cups of food.

The bag usually overestimates how much they need. What are you feeding? When I was feeding him 3 times a day, I was feeding him 3 1/2- 3 3/4 cups a day. He had no problem finishing that food and he is in great shape. But, all of the sudden he hasnt been too excited in the morning to eat. Now, im tr...

He will eat about 2 1/2 - 3 cups a day now. According to the bag of food it says he would need around 4 1/2 cups or so a day. Im just worried he wont be getting enough calories...
