About the kong thing...If he doesn't like it, try something else a hefty femur bone, or different stuffing in the kong (peanut butter with little bits of meat mixed in???)... Dogs, like people, have definite preferences. You just have to figure out what he thinks is groovy.

I think its possible. I am not allergic to my pit mix at all and to many other dogs, but the pit bull fosters I've had lately have really bothered my skin.
