And to add to my above post, not to offend, but if you wanted your dogs to gain muscle mass, it would help if you shaved a few pounds off them first. How much are you feeding them? How often? How often do they get table scraps? Do they have any sort of workout regiment? LOL No offense taken! Those ...

My 3 have been raised on Nutro Natures Choice Large Breed for two reasons; 1- our vet recommended it, 2 - because of the chandrontin & glucosemin for their joints. All three have normal stools for most of the time, every now an again their is a soft stool (which I believe is from the largest of ...

I am so sorry you, and Kale are going through this!!!! I went through a similar situation many moons ago, so I know how you must be feeling. If I were closer to you, and didn't have a male I would surely help you out. :frown: I ended up leaving my dogs in a basement of a building who's super I knew....

No, I've met lots of bullies in the past few months, and I can't say any of them have reacted that way (although my dog is like the nasty chain letter of pee-mail) I had a dog growing up that would occasionally pee if she was super excited and hadn't seen you in a while. Never known one who did it ...

Hi lipshipattitude. Not that I am aware of. Yava was rescued at the age of 2 months, and Nehron was rescued at 6 weeks of age. Nehron's only abuse as far as my dad is concerned was getting him neutered.;) Yava has always been an excitable one. When I went to pick her up at the ACC in Staten Island s...

Pity moms & dads my one girl Yava who is three pees anytime she is being petted. I have no idea on how to handle this, so what happens is unfortunately is that she doesn't get petted as much. Petting Yava has to be restricted to outdoors, or the kitchen (tile floor). This is really annoying as I...

Best of luck with your situation overall. If I were you, I would start setting up permanent means of keeping them apart when you're not there to directly supervise. Kennels, or tie-outs perhaps. Thank you bahamutt! :) That is what has been happening since the last one. Hubby, and sons have all been...

Don't leave a choke on your dog, especially if the others are into chewing. Loki was very neatly throttled by hers when another dog we were watching got her jaw underneath the choke, past the canines, and started to panic and try to pull away. Loki couldn't breathe and her tongue was turning purple...

LOL Brandy you've got it a bit backwards. The link/training collar should only be worn for walking so they assocaitate those collars with walking nicely on a leash. It is also not reccomended for them to wear all the time because they get caught on things and could potentially choke a dog. If a dog...
