Breakthrough with Zila

As some of you know Zila has some fear issues. She is afraid of men, some women, loud noises and chaotic situations stress her out. She has been in beginner obedience classes for the socialization and exposure to other dogs and people. She went in to the 5 week class with her tail tucked so high it ...

That poor dog is so scared all the time... he has zero quality of life. I would euth in a heartbeat unless the owners were willing to isolate the dog where he was comfortable for the rest of his life. It makes me sick that anyone would think you could reach a dog under that much stress with a shock...

Taste of the Wild-- Salmon Jlphilli, have you noticed an odd smell on your dogs coat with this food? We have some friends that had their apbt pup on this and it gave her coat an odd odor. We had our foster pup on it and the same thing. It is weird. I just bought the salmon flavor yesterday and have...

It's not complicated, but it's not quite as simple as just throwing the dog whatever meat is in the fridge. The prey model diet (which is was I feed and is based on nature) is about 80% muscle meat, 10% edible bone and 10% organs (5% of which is liver). That's it in a nutshell, and things don't hav...

Sadly we do it to the elderly humans too. Our society does not hold dear the elderly.

So far she has been doing a bit better. We think that she may have an allergy to Juniper. It has been REALLY bad here.

Last night I took a thick blanket and covered the bed and she did not have any issues at all so I am wondering if that is what her problem is. I am going to have to go BACK to Costco and get the orthopedic bed for her instead. They don't have any cedar in them. I am taking her to the vet anyway just...
